      Good benefit, good culture carried over from Anadarko time, rotate weekly between working from home and reporting to the office.

      Cons

      typically you are overwhelmed across the company since it is a smaller company, they have started to hire more recently to fill the gap. small Midstream company and chance of being acquired by a bigger company
