Some people are friendly and nice.

Cons

If you are a high performer they reward you with more work and burnout. Culture that supports people that are bad at their jobs. I recommend joining the company and then not working hard. You just need to do better than the lowest working person. If you take it easy then the pay is appropriate.

We are a growing company, so there has been some restructuring in my team, but the support within other departments and a companywide understanding of work/life balance helps.
