Ability to work remotely, excellent compensation, sustainable work environment, great communication from co-workers all the way up to management and beyond. Summer BBQ, holiday party, and other celebrations make this a top workplace.

Cons

On site parking and road construction make going to work stressful. Adjusting to changing server hardware will be an ongoing challenge.
