We strive to provide good work/life balance throughout the year for employees, but just like at any company, there are certain times of year that are busier than others. Sometimes extra hours are required to get a project done. That being said, if you find that you have too much on your plate and are feeling overwhelmed or burned out, we strongly encourage you to meet with your manager to have an honest conversation about your workload and find solutions that work for both of you.
