Pros

Western National Ins. Group is a great place to work! They respect and treat employees excellent. I've been with Western 20+ years and enjoy what I do and the people I work with. With remote working arrangements, we moved to a warmer climate so that we can enjoy the outdoors year-round. Pay and benefits are very good.

Cons

I cannot think of any negative.

We truly value our employees and know that we can only be successful if we build mutual trust and work together as a team. While we do currently offer hybrid and fully remote work to many of our non-client facing employees at all our office locations (as approved by a manager), the privilege to work remotely is and will remain dependent on the needs of our customers balanced with the needs of employees and internal teams. Pros

Work/Life balance is great. Management is clear with what they expect. I really enjoy working with the people at WNI, a smile goes a long way! People are always willing to lend a hand. CEO is down to earth, w/ an open door.

Cons

Salaries seem lower. However, having an excellent & safe place to work, is worth it to me.
