Pros

Getting paid certifications are very nice; learning about the industry and moving up is encouraged from day one. I genuinely like my supervisors and they are always open to questions. The health plan is good, better than many friends that have been at companies for much longer. Yearly profit sharing for all employees.

Cons

Not a lot of young people work here, but its nothing out of the ordinary for this industry.

Great company to work for. Benefits are decent and they offer flex time schedules.

Cons

Employee handbook was not consistenly followed. Chronic tardiness was allowed with certain people. HR did not handle situations properly if someone reported wrongdoing.
