Pros

Exceptional work/life balance, great benefits, accessible management, really active employee group setting up fun events, arranging food trucks in the parking lot, March Madness, and healthy water/snacks. Massage is available weekly at a very reasonable price as part of the Wellness Committee.

Cons

I haven’t experienced any, my coworkers are amazing, management is relatable and the work atmosphere is encouraging.

Regarding your comment on compensation, we assess our compensation package and internal equity continuously throughout the year to ensure our pay practices are fair and competitive. Additionally, we do offer a comprehensive benefits package, which combined with yearly profit-sharing bonuses and other bonus incentives based on position, creates our total compensation package that our employees receive for their work. Pros

Upper management and leadership listen to employee. Company has been doing some things right, exceeding several key business goals. That helps create a positive environment in which all employees celebrate and from which they personally benefited $. Not many people can say that about their company after the past 3-4 years.

Cons

Not too many cons that are unique to Western National. If you've worked elsewhere you will find most are common... big projects with tight deadlines; organizing and communicating all the changes. Some previous cons, e.g. competitive salary, have been addressed in most cases. By no means perfect in every way but solid.
