Pros

An iconic company with over 170 years in communications and money transfers. Offers a necessary service to most of the world that their customers depend on every day.

Cons

The Executive Team doesn't communicate well and exacerbates the separation between them and the rest of the company. CEO is a micromanager who cares more about occupying a building than employee comfort or needs. Not a lot of room for opportunity at the company and "merit" increases haven't kept up with cost of living for years.
