      Huge growth opportunities, higher salaries than other tech companies in the area, collaborative, fun-focused office culture. Autonomy!

      Cons

      Competitive market and industry means deliverables are expected, and self-sufficiency is rewarded. Not a con for me, but if you dont have an ambitious, curious, go-getter attitude this culture is not for you.

      I believe the teams and the work balance is quite aligned, you love working with likeminded people.

      Cons

      I felt like there wasn’t really a opportunity grow within the company and get raised to a better position as everything seems to be organized and is comfort zone now.
