      Not the company it used to be

      Pros

      Great coworkers. Worked from home. Good gas mileage reimbursement.

      Cons

      Almost zero chance of being promoted. In the US they only hire from other companies. You will have to apologize every day for the slow and outdated WUPOS system. As well as the poor treatment from the Collections Department.

      Company culture is stuck in the 1980s. Low morale. No support from management. Very siloed company. No work life balance. US based workers are expected to not only work their mandatory 8 hours in office but also work an additional 2-4 hours a day to overlap with offshore teams.

The last few years, the new CEO has brought on new executive leadership and this transformation requires innovative thinking and creative solutions to drive the company forward. 3. Employees who demonstrate adaptability, resilience, and a willingness to embrace change may stand out for future leadership roles.
