Pros

Great people who care. Flexible.

Cons

The company is a sinking ship. They no longer care about the employees. You give all you have and it is not reciprocated. It is expected of you to go way beyond but you can be laid off for no reason at all. Terrible management. People are usually pigeon holed and are not able to grow in their career.

Pros

Seems like a solid company despite ...

Cons

I was at this company for 6 years. I saw decline in this company each year I was there. Initially, it seemed they saw their employees as their most important asset. By the time I was let go, which blew my mind, I could see the bottom line was all that mattered. A truly sad disentegration of what was once a solid company with many dedicated employees. Too many long term old school employees, managers and client managers not with the times...

Pros

The biggest pro was the title they gave me looks great on my resume. The employee training me was so kind, but the rest of the office was cliquey and unwelcoming.

Cons

That title was a joke. The pay rate was a joke. Work life balance was terrible. I was told I would be traveling around 30% of the time, which quickly became over 50%, and I was expected to be available to answer calls, texts, and emails on my personal cell phone 24/7. Project managers all wanted the same work done in different ways, so depending on who was the manager of each project you had to figure out they way they liked it or else do it over several times and fix all the "mistakes" that were really just their preferences. No real job training to speak of, just spent the first several months struggling to figure it out with very little direction. The employee in charge of training me was wonderful, but so busy with projects that I didn't really get the training I felt I needed to succeed at my position. I did not care for the fact that I was only ever placed on USPS jobs. The company had many interesting projects, but I got stuck in the group that watched people remove asbestos floor tiles and encapsulate lead paint. Maybe more time with the company would have changed that, but it didn't seem that way.
