Cons

Have to "win" your own work within the firm to get staffed on projects. All about network with longer term employees benefitting the most. Poor flexibility and terrible 401k match in company stock with 5 year vesting period.

Working here offers a lot of flexibility. It definitely feels like they trust you to get the work done once you’re hired, with no micromanagement. I’ve appreciated the genuine effort to understand personal goals and provide work and projects that support individual development.

Cons

Like many companies, Weston has experienced a shift towards more hybrid and remote work post-COVID. This transition has brought challenges in maintaining a sense of connectedness among employees. So, one must take the initiative and be intentional about fostering relationships and building connections.
