free atmosphere salary on time (because operating from US)

Cons

politics right from top management to middle management , everyone is trying to safeguard their seat in Weston, no knowledge no proper managerial skills, all falthu type management, no one knows how to interview, no technical skills poor maintenance, hire one fire one policy, spend unnecessary with no projects, no Business development, its better if present working members also get out of the company and close the company because if such type of management is there then Weston will never grow

There aren’t any pros. Currently suing the company for wrongful termination and discriminatory wage practices.

Cons

They illegally keep the first 4 hours of overtime. There is so much turnover in leadership that no one is held accountable for mistakes. Project managers do no work at all.
