Interesting work, salary and opportunities are good, take advantage of all learning opportunities.

Cons

Be careful of personality conflicts with supervisors which could lead to your job loss. Due to Supervisor reaction to mediocre annual review of him, one employee was surprisingly let go just 2 months before their 10 year anniversary. Am aware of at least one other person let go due to personality conflict with office management.

free atmosphere salary on time (because operating from US)

Cons

politics right from top management to middle management , everyone is trying to safeguard their seat in Weston, no knowledge no proper managerial skills, all falthu type management, no one knows how to interview, no technical skills poor maintenance, hire one fire one policy, spend unnecessary with no projects, no Business development, its better if present working members also get out of the company and close the company because if such type of management is there then Weston will never grow
