No job security ( You can be fired any time) even though having worked for 6-7 years with them , No recognitions No respect to the employees from Top Management they just use and throw the emoployees. Dirty politics( Top level managers try to keep themself safe when there are firings in the organisation) Failed BDM in getting the projects(but still he is safe in the company as he is relative of GM) Low salaried employees are always targeted when the company's financial position worsens Present Global division manager previously CEO of WSI is happily settled in US and not bothered about the hyderabad office development and he the person responsible for taking wrong decisions in recruiting the top managers and also failed in taking up the right projects.
