Great collaborative organization that actively encourages creativity and innovation which makes for a pretty exciting place to work! High level of transperancy and integrity. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement for self starters. Emphasis on leadership development within the company to create the leaders of tommorow.

Cons

Need to assess and evaluate opportunities and ensure sharing of information across all levels of organization can at times become cumbersome and slow the decision cycle.

The company offers decent benefits like vacation, summer fridays, 401, etc but it's also standard stuff that other places provide.

Cons

Incompetent bosses, lazy workers, bad pay, unfair bias, double standards - just to name a few things. And tons of work too.
