      This company constantly promotes bettering yourself through your knowledge and learning within your specific career path with the company. There is also, depending upon your position a lot of room to grow professional.

      Cons

      Although this is a great company to work for steps could be made a little faster to move forward further into the technology age we are in currently, which will only continue to grow as well.

      Pros

      After working many years in the retail industry, this job with Westover Companies was the perfect career change that I was looking for. My first eight months have been fantastic. For a guy who worked nights and weekends, it is a dream to work 9:30 a.m.-6 p.m. and one Saturday every three weeks. I was placed close to home, so that my commute is 5 minutes if there's even any traffic. I have learned a tremendous amount about the leasing business in a very short time. The people in my office are awesome and always very supportive and helpful. I have found this to be true of everyone at Westover so far! The benefits are also awesome and FREE.

      Cons

      Honestly, I wish I could think of one, but I can't. I was offered a decent salary and I was also promoted within my first eight months, which didn't happen in eight years with my last employer.
