      Pros

      The office environment is relatively friendly and relaxed. There is some flexibility in the scheduling which is great with balancing family life while still being able to get your priorities done at work. They offer decent benefits with a medical plan that is no cost for employees and a 401k match.

      Cons

      I don't really have any cons to working for this company. With any job there are going to be things that are frustrating but there is nothing that stands out that I haven't had to deal with at other companies.

      Pros

      I started at Westover as a floater, but was quickly recognized for my work ethic and was promoted to Property Manager. I was with Westover for quite some time and with my experience there, I can say the company is only growing in numbers! With their properties, and staff on all ends of the spectrum, opportunity for growth is within the company! Had it not been for my growing family and needs for me elsewhere, I would absolutely still be with this company.
