      Pros

      This is my first job out of college and Westover has provided a great environment for me to build my career in the property management industry. I was thrilled to be chosen for a permanent placement at a property when a position opened up, after only being with the company for a few months. The company seems to value their employees and recognizes a strong work ethic. Looking forward to a long career with Westover.

      Pros

      I love working for Westover. For such a bigger company, they still keep the family owed feel. My suggestions are appreciated and I feel like part of the Westover family. The CEO is very approachable, as well as the regional managers. The free employee health care is unheard of these days, along with free life and disability insurance. There are employee get togethers during the year and they just started the WestoverOne Committee which is geared towards team building, camaraderie, and charitable events! I am proud to be a part of this growing company! They value their employees and focus on promoting from within. I look forward to a long future with Westover!

      Pros

      Family company, the Owners are very engaged. Free healthcare benefits, long and short term disability coverage, life insurance, great 401K match. Plenty of advancement opportunity. Fun company events.
