Going downhill due to lofty visions of changing the world one tree at a time. This used to be a world class forest products company, now it seems it wants to turn itself into a world class real estate company and it may end up losing the reputation it had for its first 100 years.

They took god care of physical safety issues, but management dealt unfairly with workers.
