      Pros

      Most of the employees are a joy to work with. Fully remote position Unlimited PTO even though if you're in this department it is really not unlimited for you.

      Cons

      Favoritisim is huge. It is hard to move up within the company. Can be stressful as they are only worried about stats. They will put you on a PIP without hesitation. People of color are at the bottom of the totem pole. If you take your concerns to HR, they will not be addressed, but you will be told that they will be addressed. If you suck u to management, it's easier to excel within the company and get a schedule that you really want. There is no work life balance.

      I genuinely love working at Whatnot

      Pros

      I'd heard that Whatnot had an incredible culture, but didn't understand the full extent of what that meant until I started working there. The energy is contagious - everyone I work with is bright, driven, and hungry. I learn something from my peers every day, I enjoy the work, and I genuinely love the people I work with. Being able to love coming to work is a gift I don't and won't take for granted

      Cons

      None to think of. Exciting (and at times slightly stressful) to be part of a company rapidly growing and defining a new standard of shopping.
