      - Fringe, medical/dental, flexible time off, tons of holiday time off (if you are outside of an hourly operations role), - People really care - some bleed Whatnot yellow - Transparency - Opportunities to grow in your space and expand your skills - Fun work environment - The CEO's and VP team are understanding and take the time to listen - Work life balance is important - however it will be your responsibility to manage your work and speak up if you need support

      Cons

      - Its a start-up that moves fast which means you need to work and produce results. If you struggle with working independently in a WFH enviro, you won't likely make it - If you aren't good at time management, or if you struggle with saying you dont have the bandwidth to manage - then you'll struggle - Things are changing for the better, but many managers who have been here for a while are struggling to accept the sharp turns - be prepared to manage your manager
