      The benefits package is top tier, there is so much opportunity for growth within the company. Hiring process was pretty straightforward and timely.

      Fast paced, fun projects, a lot of work

      - Projects are challenging and fun - Extremely smart and passionate people who are also nice and kind - Honestly don't feel like work a lot of the time - Leadership is transparent and trustworthy

      Cons

      - You have to be willing to change direction at a moments notice - There is often too much work for a single person which is all high priority - Being remote makes it's hard to communicate and build trust with your team
