      Whatnot is a great place to work, the culture is amazing is it employs some of the most talented people I've met.

      Cons

      Not really a con but we are a start-up company still so they challenge us to work efficiently and to the best of our ability so we can prioritize impact ruthlessly.

      Pros

      - Whatnot is an extremely fast growing marketplace company that has the opportunity to make transformational changes in the US retail environment. Working within that every day can be really exciting. - The Whatnot leadership team is intelligent, inspiring, and transparent. They care about employees on the individual level and work to make you feel like you are a part of something bigger than yourself. - Coworkers are extremely collaborative, humble, and fun to work with. Across teams it is clear that there is a specific culture that is being built and adhered to with each hire.

      Cons

      - Collaboration between teams (product, marketing, GTM, Ops) could be better. As we've grown bigger as quickly as we have, it's been challenging to keep track of everything that is being worked on to make sure it is aligned effectively which is common at startups like this.
