      Pros

      Upper management in all avenues of the business are extremely transparent and understanding. Whatnot provides a lot of growth opportunities. The culture across all teams is unmatched compared to other companies.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any cons to working here. Working at Whatnot has changed my life for the better.

      Pros

      Can't speak highly enough about the culture, team, and business opportunity. Everyone is great to work. I feel empowered to make decisions and run with things.

      Cons

      It's not for everyone. It's fast-paced, and you have to be all-in. If you're looking for a 9-5 job it's not for you.
