Pros

The only pro was me no lie

Cons

Let me start off with there is no parking for employees inside the gated property that the company is in you have to park in the street. They do not train at all company is very unorganized and unprofessional. They had me download 2 apps on my phone for the job to pick up wheels( e-bikes ) from a route they have sync in your phone. Bikes are all over town laying on the floor there was bikes on skid row full of dirt, urine, feces, vomit nasty stuff out there and the company just throws you out there with no gloves no mask nothing to protect the employee specially with all this COVID you would think they will be more professionals but nope they do not care. So I have a van full of dirty bikes then I get a text to don’t forget to drop off the bikes at the hubs which is a place to park bikes for customers where there is foot traffic. So I called the manager and I tell him don’t you think we should carry clean cloths and disinfectant spray and clean the bikes before we drop them off at the hubs and make them look presentable for the customers and get us some gloves and the proper tools for the task but no they don’t care. So if you find bikes that are broken you bring them back to the warehouse and drop them off I’m guessing that’s what you do but not sure since I wasn’t trained. Just because the bikes have handlebar grips that self sanitize don’t mean the bike are. So to anyone that rides these bikes be careful you don’t know where these bikes where a couple minutes ago

Intense growth but lack of company culture

Business Outlook

Pros

Will pay you anything to start... but will then overwork you until you cannot stand it. They are producing some great tech and ops... but they sacrifice all non-HQ employees lives in the process. Cool product - but not worth the sacrifice unless you are fond of Uber-like culture.

Cons

The company doesn't have the time or desire to create a sustainable culture. They see employees as a means to an end and the more you work, the cheaper you become. Non-HQ employees can be easily replaced.

Very Disorganized Company

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

- the folks that work in HR are nice

Cons

- the company often uses the phrase "well we're a start up" to justify disorganization - the company is not aligned on certain policies, some upper management don't allow their reports to work from home, other managers let their reports work from home frequently - the founders hire employees who are their friends even if they aren't qualified for the job - there is no on the job training whatsoever, the company expects employees to figure everything out for themselves (this is not realistic) - no learning curve - upper management isn't approachable - the overall attitude is the employee should benefit the company more than the company benefit the employee
