Pros

high pay for what the job was. The work was relatively easy.

Cons

no direction, management was constantly changing and was not good at communication, tons of mass layoffs and firings without explanation, startup atmosphere but poorly executed

Pros

The ONLY pros are that you get paid well and when you work there riding the bikes is free.

Cons

Everything but pay. Once they realize you are capable of doing more than one thing they will try to abuse it. They will attempt to over work you and unless you stand up to them they will continue too. Great pay. All of the managers act cool when face to face, but will talk about other employees negatively when they walk away. Speaking of walking away... Managers often will walk away and look very uninterested in anything you have to say. The managers are overseeing mechanics and their jobs when they don't even have the skills or knowledge to do the job themselves. Hours were cut and no one that works gets more than 35. You don't work for WHEELS you work for a temp agency.

Pros

My coworkers are awesome and smart. You'll find joy in yourself having to solve hard problems - that is if you can avoid the dreaded upper management.(impossible).

Cons

- CEO - COO - Founders They think they are better than anyone and are only there to make themselves feel better about themselves. If you want a career then don't even think about joining this sweatshop. You will have no future here and will only be looked as a replaceable ragdoll. They will try to manipulate you into thinking that they care about you by reading scripts that have been obviously written by someone else during all hands meetings. This place is a dump and you'll hate every moment of it.
