Pros

Most of the lower-level employees are talented and hardworking people.

Cons

Toxic work environment... bullying and grandstanding is encouraged and rewarded. Upper management is constantly changing their mind on what is “priority” which trickles down to make a chaotic atmosphere. No deadlines are met even close to on time because of this, and no one will push back in fear of retaliation/ further ridicule. HR makes it obvious they do not care about you or your well-being. They will loudly gossip about employees in the open office. They are fire happy… have seen good people fired for “poor performance” without warning, intervention, or justification.

Pros

One of the best onboarding programs and Juice Press delivered daily,

Cons

Business model is critcally dependant on new sales revenue and you can easily be replaced. Management does not care at all about its employees and even encourages you to leave if you have any opposing views or suggestions.

Pros

If you have the proper connects, you get all the perks. No one is tracking when you arrive or leave.

Cons

Honestly, there’s barely any money being made and more money being spent. “Friends” get to live off the company budget. People are constantly living off the work of others. Too many affairs going on, distracts from company morale. Benefits are awful. No actual policy for reporting issues. No 401k match. Employees pay for the benefits to save the company money. Exit interviews are a joke. Your HR paperwork and emails will going missing or unanswered.
