Pros

The culture and work environment are great. For the most part, it is a good team dynamic with everyone trying to help each other out. Pay and benefits are pretty good.

Cons

The office is open 24/7 365 so there is not much consistency with the schedule and will have to work some weekends and holidays as well as late nights. Very fast-paced high call volume department.

Pros

You get to fly a bunch of old broke down airplane since they I haven’t figure out how to maintain them yet, for a multi million dollar conglomerate that loses $90 million each three months I would think they would be able to figure out how to maintain an airplane. What else are they spending the money on? Parties I guess

Cons

I have gotten paid as late as two months after my pay was due! Deadbeat stay away from this company! Had to fight tooth and claw all the way… Including threatening lawsuits
