A few bonuses. A little bit of overtime. Exercize. PTO

Cons

I had one manager here who was kind. besides that, they all were jerks. They 'terminated' (fired) me when I got into two (very minor) accidents in the span of a week. Then they decided their sending the wrong forms to me was my fault and wanted more information from me after they 'terminated' me. jerks the lot of 'em. Work for somebody worthwhile, but not Wheels UP!

Cons

The company is sinking after poor financial and operating decisions. They fly old aircraft that are in poor shape and you can't get parts for them, but it's the techs that are holding their operation back according to leadership.
