Pay is good. Chief Pilots Office in CVG is stellar. ASAP Program is healthy and non punitive. Positive safety culture.

Cons

Transition turbulence. Aging fleets and no new aircraft or avionics upgrades for 3-4 years projected. Likely long term light jet model.
