      Pros

      This company actually got your back during the rotation and everybody is willing to offer help. Crew members get each other's back. I never had any trouble get along with anybody during my work

      The planes sometimes might have some mx issue but company is willing to send it to mx control and mx does a great job fixing them

      There is no cohesive team work, employees talk about each other constantly.. Supervisor of section is just as bad.. Individual speaks so passive aggressive and condescending to employees.. Individual knows there job, but terrible people skills as a manager..
