Garbage in Garbage out

Pros

Sometimes, you get crew meals.

Cons

Honestly, every since the company started merging multiple 135 certificates, and taking on all these extra ventures like going public, everything has went down the drain. Literally no one communicates to each other. Crew scheduling has no idea what maintenance is doing, maintenance has no idea what operation control is doing. Just a pathetic circle of zero accountability. Pilots continuously get shafted, and so do operations. The only thing we’re told is “there is a committee working on it” as months go by with zero changes. Expect emails to go unanswered for days. Business days. The culture is toxic and I expect a huge wave of pilots leaving this catastrophe of upper management failure to listen to the needs of their tirelessly working employees. Cheers

Pros

Interesting business idea, fun low-level coworkers, free JuicePress (if you run fast enough)

Cons

Toxic management, meager pay, almost nonexistent benefits, ineffective leadership, not empowering lower level people to push for company improvement

Pros

The owner cares about his company and wants his employees to grow and contribute in different areas

Cons

executive management doesn’t have your career in mind, they just have their own number in mind. If you don’t fit in with the right club, you will not progress. It’s hard to make any real money at this job.
