Pros

flight dept. does attempt to address crew issues but business model can't accommodate much. Kinda hard to polish a turd.

Cons

expect 12-14 hr. duty days for complete 8 day cycle. min overnights as well. too many Hampton Inns and missed meals. worn out aircraft are the mainstay. non-standard cockpits within each type will drive anyone nuts. training contracts coupled with slaveship mentality discouraged my longevity.

Pros

-Free health insurance for pilots -crew meal policy -most pilots are great to fly with -management pilots leave us alone -several schedule options (not 7/7)

Cons

-Fake culture. NY office is detached from reality -Lots of VPs, brag about accomplishments at other companies, but seem to have no accomplishments here. -WAY behind on tech -Do not care about customer service. Create situations certain to fail the customer. Leave the pilots to handle disasters set up by member services.
