Pros

The company has undergone a lot of change over the past year. They do a great job of welcoming newcomers. They are very transparent in sharing updates with the entire organization. And they put their money where their mouths are with their efforts towards diversity and inclusion.

Cons

Change is good. Too much change can be destabilizing. There comes a time to stop bringing in the new and let things settle and build.

Pros

-Free health insurance for pilots -crew meal policy -most pilots are great to fly with -management pilots leave us alone -several schedule options (not 7/7)

Cons

-Fake culture. NY office is detached from reality -Lots of VPs, brag about accomplishments at other companies, but seem to have no accomplishments here. -WAY behind on tech -Do not care about customer service. Create situations certain to fail the customer. Leave the pilots to handle disasters set up by member services.

Pros

Fantastic leadership that is there to support you day in and day out, the company is continuously developing and doing things out of the best interest of its members and employees. With just 2 and a half years of working there, I have seen the company completely evolve positively.

Cons

More investment in employees when it comes to company culture. Investing in company fundraisers, events, employee benefits - anything that supports involvement and provides positive, fun ways for employees to get together for personal and professional development (both within and outside hours).
