Pros

Wheels Up will back you up on safety conscious decisions. I have never had any push back about making the right choice, and more and more there are individuals that have lots of experience that will support this high standards culture. It just keeps getting better and better here.

Cons

Work. Lots and lots of work. The demand is high, and therefore the demand on the pilots is high. It’s swings up and down and you just never know if you will get a very long, rough, grinding tour or an insanely easy one. There’s no way of predicting this outcome.

Pros

I have flown for Wheels Up for many years now, and things continue to improve on a weekly basis. For the pilots, we have a new pay structure, benefits, bonus pay, more PTO time which is important. The new President seems to have things on course, bringing on several talented individuals to fill specific roles.

Cons

Some of our tours can get rather lengthy, however the recruiting and hiring process will help here.
