Pros

Four day work week. You work four 10 hour days and then have three days in a row off.

Cons

Almost everything. Salaries far below industry standards except for Management. Lack of respect by managers to other employees. No consequences or accountability for managers that were reported for discrimination and bullying of employees at a lower level in the company. Instead there was a constant theme of bad behavior gets rewarded. Because of this employees experiencing harassment and bullying were terrified to come forward and report it out of fear of retaliation. Management is a complete mess, and there are managers who have absolutely zero business being managers. The overall environment was toxic, and 99% of the time it was management who caused it.

Garbage in Garbage out

Pros

Sometimes, you get crew meals.

Cons

Honestly, every since the company started merging multiple 135 certificates, and taking on all these extra ventures like going public, everything has went down the drain. Literally no one communicates to each other. Crew scheduling has no idea what maintenance is doing, maintenance has no idea what operation control is doing. Just a pathetic circle of zero accountability. Pilots continuously get shafted, and so do operations. The only thing we’re told is “there is a committee working on it” as months go by with zero changes. Expect emails to go unanswered for days. Business days. The culture is toxic and I expect a huge wave of pilots leaving this catastrophe of upper management failure to listen to the needs of their tirelessly working employees. Cheers

Pilot group us against them attitude

Pros

Good Equipment and maintenance , Captain pay is good for the equipment we fly.

Cons

Pilot group has to be careful what they say and to whom they say or you will be put on the hit list, the training department supervisors definitely have that better then you attitude which causes the pilots dreading when they have to have any encounters with the training department. On the line you can expect long days with several legs and min rest that is the norm.
