Amazing Leadership throughout an extremely tough 2020. I could sense the thoughtfulness behind every decision and am grateful for the way they communicated to each and every one of us. Very thankful to have a team and leadership group that truly care and can navigate tough times so well.

Cons

With integration, I know a new org structure is coming. That is always scary, but I remain more grateful than negative towards it.

Most of the lower-level employees are talented and hardworking people.

Cons

Toxic work environment... bullying and grandstanding is encouraged and rewarded. Upper management is constantly changing their mind on what is “priority” which trickles down to make a chaotic atmosphere. No deadlines are met even close to on time because of this, and no one will push back in fear of retaliation/ further ridicule. HR makes it obvious they do not care about you or your well-being. They will loudly gossip about employees in the open office. They are fire happy… have seen good people fired for “poor performance” without warning, intervention, or justification.
