While the company goes above and beyond to maintain a healthy work-life balance, the job can certainly be demanding. There’s an unintentional, yet inherent pressure to match production with the company’s upward trajectory.

Managers back talking employees, harassing, smoking/chewing on the job in office, no one listens, no one cares, the guys at the top are building their empire while you get little return

Visionary leadership. Great teamwork. Incredible market opportunity to revolutionize private aviation. Building out great industry leading app. Kenny is a great leader but he needs to spend quality one-on-one time listening to the challenges of folks in the trenches.

Cons

Grossly underpaid and overworked. Working 18 hour days with not enough time to totally unplug is burning the team out, and will impact customer satisfaction and client retention.
