Pros

Strong leadership with consistent core values. The CFO, CEO, COO, and Directors are part of the day-to-day operations and care about the success of their team and individual members. Team members are always helpful and willing to support new and existing team members. Consistent growth leaves a lot of room for employees to move within the company.

Cons

The company is growing and thus creates a fast paced work environment. Individuals should be flexible and willing to change.
