Making updates to the facility, Great nursing leadership and management, ample learning opportunities, lots of educational support

Cons

No union, low and unpredictable staffing, frequently floating non-float pool nursing staff, high turnover, pay is not that great even with pay increase over the years. Nursing staff frequently feels bombarded.
