Pros

Nice office, and area to work in, with many food spots. Not a lot work, so many employees ride the clock here. Taking hours to do tasks that literally take minutes. If you like to be covertly busy, work here. Free car washes, but they aren't that great, tbh.

Cons

The AP manager who is in office is so scattered - she will waltz into your office - late, mind you - and share her most recent idea, which is often a complete distraction from the last thing she assigned you. Totally ignoring your agenda and then she will micro-manage everything you do, reorganizing your work, but you're still accountable for the things she's ignoring. And, that's not the worst. I saw 3 people quit within the span of two weeks.

Pros

They have good benefits and would be a great job if they didn’t micromanage the teams into becoming resentful.

Cons

I would have enjoyed this job had certain management actually cared about their employees. Regional management in the Cincinnati Market has been be informed multiple times by many employees of drug abuse and violence in the workplace and does nothing to resolve the issue. Instead they retaliate against those who are causing issues by speaking up. The current regional will actively “manage people out” if employees acknowledge their poor performance in any way. From speaking with others this has been going on in the market for some time. When faced with a complaint they wait until the issue is outside of HR’s ability to actively investigate and take action. Store Management is constantly put into situations that cause them to be burned out. If you do not do what they ask for “the team and your personal development” they will attempt to manipulate you or get rid of you, even if it is an unreasonable expectation outside of your job description. I have seen many employees become tired and fed up. Upper Management is prideful and lacks empathy. Regardless of staffing levels you are expected to figure every piece of the puzzle out without needing support. This sounds harsh, but this is the reality. They have great principles on paper however they are just for show. Employees are scared to speak up because they fear losing their position. If you work there and are having issues, speak up, to HR. If you don’t back yourself up you can expect to speak with unemployment.

Pros

Offered a 401k, dental, vision, health, and pet insurance as well as a biweekly car per man hour bonus and a monthly subscription bonus.

Cons

Little to no work life balance. You are expected to work 50+ hours a week but only get compensated for 40 of those hours if you are running the store. The Midlevel management over the location were unwilling to help at the store while it was short staffed and did not help with the hiring process at all. Help was requested in both regards and was not receive it. The company also will change policies midweek with no warning or communication about it.
