Good Company to work with, if your a first year superintendent with limited experience. You will become an ego-booster for the long time old guard that sits in the saddle. If your an long time career superintendent with experience you are treated as a threat to the old guard, and not given due respect even if your talents overshadow the limited experience of the WT old guard.
