Pros
Excellent reputation as a firm, plenty of work available, excellent benefits, reasonable pay.
Cons
Lack of leadership at all levels, lack of continuous employee training and development, not enough is done to identify and retain valuable employees and therefore they are lost to other firms. Some of the company's "leaders" are too worried about the younger employees "doing a better job than they do" and therefore do not invest time in developing their direct reports.
