      They offer a great health benefits package as long as you're an individual

      No advancement opportunities - company would rather hire outside than promote from within Extremely competitive environment where co-workers must fight for work No communication among departments or from management to employees Salary extremely low with no possibility of a raise For a multi-million dollar successful company, they will not spend the money on needed office equipment which causes delays productivity Extremely high turn-around - I stopped learning names of temporary employees unless they'd been there a minimum of 6 months No matter how hard you work, you will not be recognized and will instead be told to work harder No balance between work life and personal life
