      Pros

      This is a very good company with knowledgeable people and strong work ethics. The management is supportive of their employees and are not quick to lay anyone off, even during the recession of 2009.

      Cons

      Average pay, when I was hired out of college I was informed during my interview that other large construction firms will pay more, but WT values its employees better (absolute truth). Long work hours and large work loads are expected and not rewarded, be prepared to work at any hour of any day, weekends included if you are on a job site.

      Pros

      Lots of material to learn from, WT offers many ways for new hire to get familiar with the company and its values. Educational program for those who wish to continue their education.

      Cons

      A lot of hours without incentive. The starting salary is great but after the amount of hours you put in your pay suddenly becomes less impressive.
