      Great Company, But They'll Work You To Death

      Pros

      Most of the people are great, there's a lot of opportunity to learn and the company is very financially stable, so you'll never have to worry about job security.

      Cons

      Little time off, Night shifts, weekends and 10-12 hour days are expected and not appreciated. The pay is low compared to other GCs. Management is very old school. Very few women in Upper Managment.

      Pros

      You will certainly have job security work with WT. Benefits are great. Much of the time they are willing to give as much of a work load as you can handle. The company at as a whole does very well and is very successful.

      Cons

      Lots of work and hours for little compensation. Salaries are significantly lower than other GCs. You must remain at WT for many years before you begin to see compensation for all of the work you put in.

      Pros

      Very large company with many opportunities for advancement. The do work all around the country, and have good benefits. Employee owned.

      Cons

      The company may be too big. They are very conservative when it comes to spending, and you may feel lost. There is no international work opportunities.
