Pros

W-T is a solid company. They have great upper management, give plenty of responsibility in the field, and communication throughout the company is clear.

Cons

Starting compensation is not as great as other companies. Good work feedback could be better, and they need more opportunities to broaden work assignments.

Pros

Great coworkers. There is some dead weight that should be eliminated, if you are dead weight that is a pro, this is a company that rarely has lay-offs. The experience and on job training is phenomenal.

Cons

Long hours are expected. Work load is unevenly distributed between peers. Two weeks vacation is very short but not too unusual in the construction industry. Corporate culture definitely follows the self sacrifice for project and company trend.
