Pros

Projects were interesting and lots of locations.

Cons

As an intern I was constantly publicly shamed and given little guidance or help on any tasks assigned. I was constantly harassed about my weight, appearance, and clothing as a “joke”. I was expected to work 11 + hours a day with no extra compensation and when I tried to leave after 8 or 9 hours I was told I needed to stay because I took a break to eat lunch. Horrible culture and a bad place to be if you are a woman. Even subcontractors were mistreated and office staff would frequently criticize their work beyond what was necessary.
