Pros

Fair pay, good team members, office perks like kitchen snacks and drinks. Office admins are helpful and so, so sweet.

Cons

You have to pay for your own parking that can be as expensive as $200 a month Depending on the department, you experience can be very, very different. Anything that is left "to the managers discretion" can vary and greatly impact your satisfaction.

Pros

Managers and partners are always available to answer questions when needed. Another pro is that you are able to learn a variety of things related to accounting.

Cons

This is definitely a high school setting. Managers and partners definitely confirm this by playing favorites . They are quick to give a bad review after you voice your opinions to them about how things are done.

Pros

Great firm that offers advancement to all in a family oriented culture. The partners are involved in all aspects of my career and always willing to help, even during the busiest times of the year. What I really like is the investment they make in their staff as they prepare them for the next level in becoming true business advisors.

Cons

The deadlines are just a part of the business. But that comes with any firm in public accounting. What makes the deadlines manageable is the culture the firm has created, which is one for all and all for one. Its nice to know you are not alone.
